In 1980 Darrell and his wife Frances had the vision of providing quality rental accommodations in the New Glasgow community.
We have continued to offer quality apartments and duplexes for mature clients for over 35 years.
Today, we continue to be a family run operation and have grown close to 200 units offering a wide variety to meet most tenant requirements. All buildings have secure entrances and fire inspector certification . For added piece of mind we maintain a pest management program and CCTV on the grounds of our multi-unit buildings to ensure clean safe living accommodations.
